- How does a Brazilian butt lift work? (or rather how does This Particular doctor perform This particular BBL?)
- Is a BBL the best option for what I want to achieve?
- Do I need to gain or lose weight before the procedure?
- How safe is a Brazilian butt lift and what are the risks?
- Where will my fat be extracted from?
- How much scarring will there be?
- How long will the results last?
- How long will it take to recover after a BBL?
- When will I be able to sit after the procedure - If I use a BBL pillow such as the Wilkoco BBL Pillow (soft upper layer to not restrict circulation, with a firm base to keep the butt elevated) can I sit immediately & how long can I sit for initially?
- When can I resume regular exercise after a BBL?
- When can I go back to work after a BBL?
- What will you do If I’m unhappy with my results 3-6-12 months down the track?.
- What medications are used (ie do you have any reaction or allergies to a particular medication and what alternatives do they offer?)
- What are my surgeon’s qualifications, and how long has the surgeon been performing this particular procedure?
- Are you board certified? By what organization? Who are the people performing my BBL procedure if not you? – are they board certified?
- Is the facility where the procedure performed accredited ?
- Do you have before & after photos of BBL procedures you have performed?
- Can any of your previous patients be contacted for confirmation?
- Will I need a redo or touch-up after some time?
- How many post-op follow-ups do you offer? And are these included in the total procedure cost?
- Do you have any post-op recommended healing procedures? eg does the doc prefer topical creams or gels such as arnica or comfrey to help speed up the healing process?
